1. Digital Product Nature

The Smart Investor Toolkit is a digital educational product delivered as an instant PDF download. Due to the immediate delivery and intangible nature of digital goods, all sales are generally final once the product has been accessed or downloaded.

2. Refund Eligibility

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or accidental purchase once the toolkit has been delivered. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:

All payments are securely processed by Stripe. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Your card statement may show AUSMARKETREPORTS. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
